We are a next-generation solution that bridges the gap between people and business performance outcomes

  • No. While psychological or HR background is helpful, we provide all necessary frameworks and training. Most successful practitioners come from consulting, coaching, OD, or leadership development backgrounds.

  • Absolutely. Most practitioners integrate PS25™ with their existing methodologies. It enhances rather than replaces your current approach.

  • The PS25™ framework is globally applicable, with practitioners worldwide. While psychosocial hazard regulations vary by country, psychological safety principles are universal.

  • 3 months foundational support and free access to our Accelerated Community Office Hours

    Comprehensive ongoing support packages are available. including monthly office hours, technical and implementation support, and continuous access to new resources and updates.

  • Training varies between 5-20 hours over 4-6 weeks depending on your existing data and technical skills and experience and knowledge, and client support (if using a Living Case Study), After certification, time investment depends on your client work. Platform management is minimal (2-3 hours per client project).

  • We follow strict privacy and ethical guidelines; you’ll be trained on consent, confidentiality, and responsible use.
