Alex is an international authority on the impact of team psychological safety on organisational performance and risk. He is an author, and a former serial entrepreneur and university professor and has personally trained thousands of senior leaders and consultants around the world. Highly skilled at leading and managing in rapidly changing and high-pressure environments, Alex has extensive experience in business transformation through information technology.
Alex has written two books on business planning and business strategy and presented a variety of workshops, seminars and conferences across nine countries. As an Adjunct Professor he designed and taught technology commercialisation at University of Victoria, BC and a double course on entrepreneurship at Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC.
