Alex is Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Conductor Software and Founder of Circular CEO. Alex is an international authority on the impact of team psychological safety on organisational performance and risk. He is an author, and a former serial entrepreneur and university professor and has personally trained thousands of senior leaders and consultants around the world. Highly skilled at leading and managing in rapidly changing and high-pressure environments, Alex has extensive experience in business transformation through information technology.

Alex has written two books on business planning and business strategy and presented a variety of workshops, seminars and conferences across nine countries. As an Adjunct Professor he designed and taught technology commercialisation at University of Victoria, BC and a double course on entrepreneurship at Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC.

 

Sharon Knighton, Director, PeopleMode
