What's involved?


Your SoundCheck is broken up into two parts:

The Diagnostic and The Masterclass.

Part 1: The Diagnostic Discover how your workplace environment impacts people’s willingness and capacity to contribute, we use our proprietary software to deliver a simple 3 minute survey to every team member.

Part 2: The Masterclass A highly interactive workshop for your leaders (delivered in person or online), incorporating your diagnostic results.

9am: A quick introduction to the neuroscience that underpins everything we do.

9:30am: Overview of your organisation’s results revealing business risks and compelling opportunities. We also weave insights from our work with hundreds of global leaders and the solutions they’ve applied into their teams.

10:30am: Leaders come together in small groups to practically apply what they've learned and to explore areas for optimisation across their teams.

Takeaway: Each leader will receive their Impact Leader Scorecard identifying their team’s challenges and strengths.
