Confidentiality Notice

Conductor Software has been engaged to administer a survey to people in your organisation for the purposes of collecting data on how staff feel about their experience in the workplace. If you have received an email or paper invitation to take the survey then you are a Respondent and this Confidentiality Notice applies to you.

Conductor Software is committed to maintaining your privacy so that you are able to confidently provide true responses to the survey. We have committed to the following principles which should be read in conjunction with our privacy policy and terms of service:

1. Your data is anonymised to maintain your confidentiality.  Reports provided to administrators and users of Conductor Software do not contain data that can link you to your responses.  

2. Data contained in reports accessed by Administrators and Users of Conductor Software are aggregated in groups of at least three Respondents. No single responses can be accessed by any Administrator or User of Conductor Software.

3. Comments you provide can be seen verbatim by Administrators and Users of Conductor Software. Even though your comments will be anonymised you should be aware that how you express yourself may enable you to be identified.
